AYANA

Set in Fort Kochi, this boutique hotel occupies a former courthouse, its original roof retained to hold onto the sanctity of the old structure. Art deco influences run through the design, layered onto the building's existing character rather than replacing it — old form meeting a new architectural language without losing what made the space worth preserving.
